It doesn’t seem possible that our company has been providing adult products on the internet for more than a decade.  Our commitment to our customers has always been to provide discreet shipping, fast delivery plus the lowest internet prices. We now find that, in order to keep these cost savings in place, but faced with the current economics and rising prices, it has become necessary to reduce overhead and streamline our services.  We regret that we will no longer be offering telephone assistance but will provide customer support on-line 24 hours a day.  This means we will be able to continue to pass these incredible cost savings on to YOU our valued customer.

Secure On-Line Ordering
Ordering ON-LINE is EASY. You will notice that our shopping cart is different that most companies – you are not required to enter a password.  This means that, for extra security, we do not store any information about you online.  Start by going to any of our product pages – beside each item is a Purchase Button. Simply type the quantity into the box next to the desired product and click the Add to Cart Button and then the Return Button. You may select different items by clicking on the Product Directory listed on the left side. If you need to change the contents in your shopping cart change the number ordered and click Update. To remove any item set quantity to zero and click Update. If you experience any problems with ordering or have questions about any product EMAIL US. When you have selected all of your purchases you will then be asked to fill in your personal information. This information is ONLY USED to verify that you are the authorized card holder and provide us with the necessary shipping information. Please make sure that you fill out all of the blanks correctly and be sure to double check your email address so that you can be sent a confirmation of the order. Last, you will be asked for your Credit Card number and Expiration date. This information is then encrypted and submitted to a highly secure SSI server. You will then immediately receive a confirmation of the order you just placed via e-mail. On the email will be a Transaction Number. For security purposes your information is stored off-line under that Transaction Number. If you need to contact us for any reason regarding your order please use that number.

Session Cookies
We use session cookies to keep your shopping cart from emptying as you go back and forth between merchandise pages and the shopping cart. A session cookie expires when you close your browser. Cookies cannot be used to retrieve data from your hard drive, obtain your email address, or obtain sensitive information about you. If your browser is set to refuse cookies you may view our site but will be unable to complete an order. To complete an order you need to set your browser to accept cookies at least temporarily while shopping.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is our Number One Priority! We Do Not sell our customers information. We Do Not send junk mail to our customers. Customer data is always confidential.

Packaging & Privacy
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet boxes with ‘Quickship USA’ as the return address. No detailed description of any item appears on credit card receipts. ‘Quickship USA’ is the only company name that ever appears on any transaction or box. The only invoice you will receive is sent via email.  All internet order transactions are encrypted and submitted to a highly secure SSL server. Once the order is received the information is stored to prevent the possibility of data access.

Methods of Shipping
We ship via United States Post Office (Parcel Post – First Class – Priority – Express Overnight/2 Day), United Parcel Service (Ground – 3 Day Select – 2 Day Select – Next Day Air) and Federal Express (Ground – 3 Day Select – 2 Day Select – Next Day Air).

Shipping Rates
Shipping Charges and Delivery Time Options are selected by you at the time the order is placed.
By ordering on our web site you understand that the shipping charges are ESTIMATES.  The shipping total does not take into consideration nor does it reflect any dimensional size/weight adjustments. * Some merchandise is noted as overweight and additional shipping charges may apply.  Additional charges will be applied to your credit card at the time the order is shipped. *Additonal charges may also apply to orders shipped to the states of Alaska and Hawaii. We may not be able to ship to hotels, some mail forwarders and/or PO Boxes depending on location or if there are known issues with the location. USPS may not be available for all locations.

Order Processing & Transit Time
Order Processing Time includes time to process and pack your order. Order Processing Time is based on ‘Business Days’. Business days include all weekdays (Monday through Friday), but not week-ends. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday are considered to have been received on business day Monday. Orders received after noon P.S.T. (West Coast Time) are considered to have been received the next business day. If the merchandise is in stock, your order should leave our warehouse the same day. If the merchandise is on back order it may take additional time. Shipping Time is selected by you when you select the shipping method. It does not affect Order Processing Time – only the amount of time that it will take an order to be delivered to you by the carrier. Selecting Overnight Delivery DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR MERCHANDISE CAN BE DELIVERED OVERNIGHT.  Express and Saturday delivery may not be available for all locations.  Some areas of this country are 2 and 3 days express delivey areas. If you have an order that is time specific please EMAIL US to check for availability.  Note: Your order will be delayed if your billing information does not match what your bank or credit card issuer has on file. 

Order Status & Tracking

Our automated system determines the best possible shipping option for your order. Express orders are shipped UPS, Fed Ex or USPS Express. After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email confirming that your package has been sent and will also contain a tracking number.  Most orders can be tracked via the shipping carriers web site.  Quickship USA, does its best to ensure your delivery arrives on time.  However, delivery dates are NOT GUARANTEED and there may be any number of unforeseen reasons why your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date. We DO NOT GUARANTEE OVERNIGHT OR SATURDAY DELIVERIES.

What If My Order Was Declined?
A credit/debit card can be declined for many reasons, [wrong card number, wrong CVV number, expiration date, a daily limit, insufficient credit or an any issue with your bank. Credit card authorization is handled by an automated system, we may not be given the exact reason for decline. If your order is declined please do the following:
     Re-enter your credit card information or change to a different credit card.
     If you are using a prepaid card, please call the phone number on the back of the card to add your personal information as well.
     This will resubmit the order, and we will try to authorize your card again.
     If your card is declined again, please contact your card issuing bank to find out why they will not authorize the charge.
     If your bank confirms it is okay, go back and resubmit your order.

What If My Order Was Cancelled/Voided?
If your order was canceled, you will receive an email explaining the reason why. Most often the reasons are either the inability to verify the billing address or the merchandise on the order is out of stock. If you card was already charged, a refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. Most banks will make the funds available to you after another 1-5 business days.

Sale Authorized/Voided?
A payment authorization takes place when an order is submitted on-line and the Credit Card Company/Bank puts the money on hold but it is not immediately removed from your account. All internet financial transactions are handled in this manner.  Then if an order is voided, the hold on the money is released to the processor by ‘Quickship USA’. The process can take 1-3 business days to cycle back to the credit card processor.  Most card issuing banks will then make the funds available to you within 1-5 business days.  We have NO CONTROL on how quickly funds are made available.  All questions regarding credit card processing should be referred to your financial institution and their number would be on the credit card/debit card that was used to place the order.

Out of Stock Merchandise
Although we try our best to have all items in stock at all times, occasionally we encounter situations where the manufacturer cannot supply us with a particular product as soon as we would like. In such situations, we will ship all available items to you upon receipt of your order and issue a refund for the out of stock item(s).  We also ship from multiple locations across the country and your may be notified that you order has been split shipped. This means that the order will then arrive in separate packages and at different times. Your credit card is charged at the time of your order for all items, including those that may be split shipped or refunded. In some cases, substitutions of similar items may be made.

Order Substitutions
In the event that a substitution may be necessary to make certain that your order is delivered on time, we take the utmost care in assuring that your order is as similar to your choice as possible even if this means substituting merchandise of higher value. Under these circumstances, merchandise substitutions may be shipped without verbal confirmation from you.  Warm Weather Notice:  To avoid a chcoalte mess we do not ship chocolate products in weather over 74 degrees/  Hard candy of similar shapes will be substituted. 

Order Cancellations
Our goal is to ship orders as soon as possible. Our system is fully automated, therefore, changes CANNOT be made once your order has been submitted. **NOTE: Shipping and handling on orders that have been processed are the responsibility of the customer. To avoid a penalty, cancellation of an order must be done before the order has batched with the credit card company which allows us to void the sale. Cancellation must be made during business hours.  After this grace period for void of sale, an order may be canceled prior to shipment for a 25% Cancellation Fee and providing the order process can be interrupted. The fee will be deducted from the payment that was made with a credit of the balance being returned to the customer.  This pertains only to orders that we are able to stop – once an order has been packaged and placed on route with a shipper the order CAN NOT BE CANCELED. 

Returns
Please select your purchases carefully, because of the nature of the products we offer, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The only exception is a damaged order which has occurred in transit.  We must be notified upon delivery. You must contact Customer Service within 24 hour of delivery so that we can determine how the damage occurred and make a claim with the delivering carrier. Should a product be defective it is covered under a warranty by the manufacturer.  Please make sure to fill out any warranty card or go on-line to register your product with the manufacturer..   Any item returned without prior authorization will be refused. Any item returned as unclaimed will be subject to a 25% Restocking and Handling Charge.  All order are shipped to the exact shipping address as provided to us when the order is placed.  It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the address entered is in accordance with the shipping courier’s address specifications.  Orders that have been returned because of incomplete or errors in the address are subject to a re-shipping charge.  If corrected address can not be established, customer will be issued a refund less the shipping charges of the original order plus a 25% Restocking and Handling Fee.

Your use of this Web Site or any Web Site owned by ‘Quickship USA’ constitutes your agreement to both follow and be bound by all outlined Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Site. Should you have entered any of our web sites and bypassed this Agreement, the use of this site will still bind you to the Terms and Conditions as outlined.

Placing an order on this Web Site, you declare that you are of appropriate legal age to purchase any of our merchandise offered for sale.  If ‘Quickship USA’s, Inc., discovers that you are not legally entitled, as defined by your state regulations, to order any of our products, then there is no contract created and no legal obligation for the order to be fulfilled. 

‘Quickship USA’ does not assume any liability or responsibility for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or misuse of any products purchased from us. It is the customer’s responsibility to determine the suitability of a product for any particular use. The entire risk as to the quality or performance of the product is with the customer. By purchasing products from us, the customer agrees to withhold harmless, indemnify, protect and defend ‘Quickship USA’ against any incident of action involving products purchased from ‘Quickship USA’.  As with all adult products, read and follow the instructions directed by the manufacturer before proceeding with use.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between ‘Quickship USA’ and Customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. ‘Quickship USA and Customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the exclusive venue of the State Courts of the State of Nevada, Douglas County, to resolve any dispute between them related hereto, and the parities waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts.
